Ingénierie et Interactions BioMoléculaires

I2BM’s research focuses on the chemistry of biomolecules (nucleic acids, sugars, peptides, proteins) to design complex polyfunctional macromolecules whose properties are characterized by physicochemical studies (ITC, SPR, BLI, QCM-D, AFM…), molecular and cellular biology. Our projects, ranging from basic research to applications, belong to the Chemical Biology at the interface of chemistry, biology and immunology: they concern applications in the Health field. In particular, we develop synthetic supramolecular architectures and functional interfaces for bio-analysis, diagnosis and therapeutic applications (cancer, neuropathies, bacterial and viral diseases).

The I2BM team is composed of 4 groups with close scientific interactions:
