The BIB group develops projects in the field of surface functionalization, kinetic and thermodynamic characterizations with expertise in surface plasmon resonance (SPR), biolayer interferometry (BLI), quartz crystal microbalance (QCM-D), atomic force microscopy (AFM), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), fluorescence spectroscopy, circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy and molecular dynamic. The BIB group has also expertise in molecular biology (cloning, mutagenesis, protein expression and labeling…) and aims at understanding in solution protein/protein, or protein/DNA interactions mainly involved in the DNA repair machinery.
