RGD-cyclam conjugate: Synthesis and potential application for positron emission tomography.
Cyclam and DOTA-contg. positron emission tomog. radiotracers were prepd. by using a modular chem. strategy based on peptide synthesis and chemoselective ligations. These mols. encompass two functional domains, one a tumor "homing" domain and the other a chelating ligand for copper allowing nuclear imaging of tumors. [on SciFinder(R)]
