Multivalent glycocyclopeptides: toward nano-sized glycostructures.
A review. Cyclopeptides have recently emerged as attractive mol. scaffolds for the multivalent presentation of carbohydrates in a well-defined constrained spatial orientation. This mini-review describes the last advances on the synthesis and the biol. applications of these particular structures, going from low mol. wt. glycoclusters to fully synthetic nano-sized glycodendrimers.
