Access to Biomolecular Assemblies through One-Pot Triple Orthogonal Chemoselective Ligations.
The consecutive combination of three orthogonal chemoselective reactions [oxime ligation, thioether addn., and copper(I)-catalyzed alkyne-azide cycloaddn. (CuAAC)] in a sequential one-pot approach allows the syntheses of highly sophisticated biomol. compds. (neoglycopeptide, fluorescent neoglycopeptide, and oligodeoxynucleotide-neoglycopeptide conjugate) without intervening isolations and protection schemes. [on SciFinder(R)]
